YES. Our products are water and weather resistant. We prepare the material for painting and use professional clear varnish to ensure that your shoes can be worn even in the rain. However, please be careful not to scratch the painted areas as this could damage the painting.
Please clean your shoes with clear water only. Avoid scratches and rubbing on painted parts.
You can use a repellent spray to protect the shoes.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Born Originals® products do apply for exchanges. If you need help finding the right size, please contact us in advance to avoid size exchanges. Please note that any personalized products are generally excluded from any return and/or exchange, regardless of the brand.
We refund you the price of the purchased products with the payment method you used when you placed the order. We also offer free returns within Germany. Click here to go to your return label.
In this case, order the new size in our shop and simply send the product back to us with the wrong size. We will send you the new product after the normal processing time and refund the purchase price for the wrong size after we have received the return. Simple, isn't it?
